Course Description

Maintenance: Learn how to add and maintain accounts with the lessons in this course in order to provide better customer satisfaction at Point of Sale for both commercial and retail customers.
Accounts Receivable: Accounts Receivable training is a must for back-office posting in order to learn the easiest ways to keep your A/R accounts up to date.
Price Plan Setup: This lesson is used to provide all the information you need to set up your customer pricing in order to get the greatest return on investment at Point of Sale.
Promotions: This course walks you through setting up and selling parts using promotional pricing, i.e. Buy-One-Get-One, Bundles, Quantity Breaks, etc.
Pricing Utilities: TBD
Consignments: How to set up, track, and report parts ‘loaned’ to a customer by the store as a consignment.
